She’s had plenty herself but has managed to turn those times into something positive, using her experiences and difficulties to help others — her passion and life’s work. Being diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer in 2021 was unexpected and life-altering, putting Morris’ resilience to the test. However, she chose to mindfully engage with her circumstance in her efforts to overcome. With twenty years in the Air Force to her credit, Morris knows more than a few things about resilience and connections. “Once you can connect with yourself, you can better connect with other people, and of course, with the world,” offered Morris. Her work and passion, which resulted from her own struggles, is unique in that it is more than just personality assessments. It’s all-encompassing for the betterment of society via the betterment of the individual. Therefore, when the individual is holistically well, so are the things around them. “Like four tires on a car, we need to be balanced mentally, spiritually, physically and socially,” said Morris. Along with personality assessments, Morris offers emotional development and resilience training to foster self-awareness, empowerment, healthy stress management and communication.
