Dog training, for example, offers a unique and exciting blend of evidence-based problem-solving and purpose-driven dedication. Whether it’s working with service animals, training companion animals or engaging in conservation efforts, this field allows women to build meaningful connections with animals while contributing to their well-being. C.C. Bourgeois, CSAT, CPDT-KA, PMCT is the owner and lead dog trainer at Charleston-based Wonder Dog University. She trains dogs using evidence-based methods and positive reinforcement both locally and virtually.
