Wide white pavers wind through soft native grasses that sway gently in the coastal breeze, slowing your pace almost without you realizing it. The approach feels intentional – a quiet transition that prepares you for the calm waiting inside. Woven pendants greet you in the foyer, introducing the warmth, natural textures and understated beauty that unfold throughout the home. Originally built in the 1960s and thoughtfully reimagined by local designer Corin Havens, the home honors its initial character while embracing a fresh, modern coastal aesthetic. Three years after moving in, O’Bryan and her family have continued that evolution, adding their own chapter to a home that already possessed a strong sense of place. Inside, the kitchen, dining and living spaces flow effortlessly together beneath warm wood ceilings and crisp white shiplap. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors slide open, allowing salt air, sunlight and conversation to move effortlessly between indoors and out.
