Guided by the theme A World of Pure Imagination, the evening highlighted the role imagination plays in the wish journey. A wish invites a child to look beyond a diagnosis and imagine something joyful and deeply personal, offering strength and hope during an incredibly challenging time. Led by Chair Kat Wawner and supported by Leadership Committee Sponsor Wawner Strategies, the committee united women and community leaders committed to advancing the mission of Make-A-Wish South Carolina. Their collective efforts raised more than $1.2 million, funding 165 life-changing wishes for children across the state. With hundreds of children still waiting for their wishes, the impact of that shared leadership is both timely and meaningful. Women also shaped the evening from the stage. Wish kid alum Elaina served as co-emcee, offering a powerful reminder of the lasting impact of a wish. She was joined by emcee Brooke Ryan, a longtime champion of the organization, and auctioneer Erin Kienzle, whose leadership helped turn generosity into tangible outcomes for wish families.
