I was a banker with Wells Fargo at the time and was looking for a way out. I met Kelly at Fairway Independent Mortgage for lunch and knew that I would want to work for her and with her immediately.” CW: What habits do you implement in day-to-day life that you attribute to success? “I come into work early, before most people, to get things done without interruptions. I leave by 4 p.m. most days to have my time to work out and be with my family. Balance is key.” CW: Tell us about how you grew up and what or who shaped you into the woman you are today. “I would say my grandmother. She was so strong, and nothing stopped her from reaching her goals and getting the job done.” CW: Tell us about your family. “My fiancé, Jimmy Bandle, is a Realtor with CORE: the Troy Phillips Team, and my son Richie Learn is 13 years old and heading to Oceanside Collegiate Academy. We have a fantastic Catahoula bulldog named Loki.
