The page becomes a release valve— somewhere my emotions can move, settle and transform. RACQUET SPORTS FOR LONGEVITY AND COMMUNITY Racquet sports are linked to increased longevity, reportedly adding years to your life. There are tennis centers all over Charleston, and you can call to get a list of group clinics, lessons or find out who to contact to join a league. These are third spaces—places that help you create community, get movement and find joy with others who love to be outside and play. PRAYER AND SPIRITUAL COMMUNITY Caregiving can be isolating, so having a spiritual community matters deeply to me. On Sundays at 4 p.m., I join a Bible study called She Leads, led by Taylor Simpson. By Thursday mornings I need another quick reset so I stop by my women's prayer group in the small yellow prayer house at 1345 Old Georgetown Road. These gatherings remind me I am supported, seen and that I am never walking alone when I walk beside others. Lastly, every day in my car— whether I'm picking up meds, my daughter or making another run to the store—you can find me listening to Daily Hope with Rick Warren. This podcast brings balance, perspective and a steadying voice when I need it most. May your days be held with grace. And if you need support along the way, I'm always within reach at angiecollective.com. WELLNESS + BEAUTY
