This 510,000-square-foot, open-air shopping destination has over 65 national and local retail stores and restaurants. Many of the stores are well-known brands such as Belk, Buckle, Chico’s, GAP, LOFT, lululemon, LUSH, Versona and Victoria’s Secret, but there are also incredible specialty boutiques such as Lizard Thicket, Millie Lynn, Vestique, Sweetgrass & Sand Dollars and Hairy Winston Pet Boutique. The shopping hub also offers several restaurants, the Regal Palmetto Grande movie theater, the Hyatt Place hotel and a beautiful greenspace illuminated with events and performances. A curated mix of shopping, chef-driven dining, nice accommodations, communityinspired events and welcoming gathering spots draws locals and visitors alike to soak up the luxury of Lowcountry living.
